Required Proof for Claims:
Damaged/Wrong Item: A clear, complete Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claim regarding physical damage, wrong item delivery, or missing components. This video must clearly show the package seals before opening.
Manufacturing Fault: Claims for technical faults (battery issues, charging problems, connectivity issues) discovered within the first 7 days do not require an unboxing video. The item must be returned for our QC center for testing.

Warranty Claim Process (After 7 Days)
Initiate Claim: Contact our customer support team with your Order Number and a detailed description of the fault.
Shipment: The customer is responsible for safely shipping the faulty product to our designated Quality Control (QC) center.
Processing: Claims for replacement will be processed within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the item.
Resolution: We will replace the product free of charge if a manufacturing fault is confirmed by our QC team.
3. Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
Our warranty is a manufacturing defect guarantee, not an insurance policy. It does not cover the following:
